Police reported that a 1998 Dodge driven by a 58 year old woman was headed west in the three hundred block of E. South Street, while a bicycle being ridden by an 18 year old man was crossing the same street. The cyclist was allegedly struck at the intersection by the Dodge. The 18 year old rider sustained injuries and was transported by EMS.
