Rear-end Impact | Northeast Ohio car accident attorneys

Settlement for client who was rear-ended causing the airbags to deploy.  Client suffered a laceration to head, fracture of right iliac bone, labral tear, and non-displaced fracture through right socket of the hip joint.   Rear impact accidents cause serious injuries because the client's head is thrown back and forth in the vehicle. In addition, the seat moves back and forth creating a ramping motion that can sheer the cervical discs and even vertebrae.
